How it Works

1- Book a Discovery Call

We’ll talk through your goals, timeline, and content. If it’s a fit, I’ll send a custom proposal.

3- Design Week Begins

Once everything’s in, we’ll schedule your build week. You’ll see your new site come to life in real time—with check-ins along the way.

2- Send Your Content

You’ll gather your copy, photos, and brand assets using my simple checklist (I’ll guide you through it).

4- Launch & Support

We’ll wrap up with a live walkthrough, and I’ll hand off your fully built site with training, tools, and optional support add-ons.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Every web design project comes with guidance to help you stay organized, on track, and confident from day one. This kit includes everything you need to prep your content and understand the process.

  • Before we begin, you’ll gather everything into one shared Google Drive folder—images, logo files, bios, service descriptions, etc.

    I’ll send you a simple checklist to make this easy (no tech stress, I promise).

    What you’ll need to send:

    • Final logo and brand assets

    • Headshots or photos

    • Service or product descriptions

    • About text or bio

    • Testimonials (optional)

    • Contact info + social links

    Don’t worry—if you’re unsure about anything, I’ll guide you through it.

  • Your content must be ready before we begin. Once your project is scheduled, you’ll have a clear timeline and I’ll hold space on my calendar just for you.

    How it works:

    • You reserve your spot with a deposit

    • All files are due at least 5 days before we start

    • We work 1:1 together during your build week

    • You’ll receive 2 rounds of revisions

    • Final payment is due before launch

    Need extra time? I’ll reschedule based on availability.

  • No problem! If writing your own copy feels overwhelming, I can help.

    All packages come with light copy guidance, and I also offer done-for-you copywriting as an add-on.

What You’ll Need for Your Squarespace Project.

Before we begin, here’s what we’ll need from you to ensure a smooth process.

  • Branding is the key to a standout website. Your colors, typography, and logo create an instant connection with your audience. Without them, your site may feel generic or disconnected. Establishing your visual identity first ensures your Squarespace website is both beautiful and true to your brand. Need branding?   • Great design catches the eye, but strong copy turns visitors into clients. Clear, compelling content guides your audience, answers questions, and drives action. Without it, even the most stunning website can fall flat. Have your copy ready before design for the best results—or let us help with professional copywriting services.

  • High-quality visuals make a lasting first impression. Professional photos and graphics tell your brand’s story, build trust, and create an emotional connection. Poor imagery can hurt credibility, while the right visuals enhance your message and attract your ideal audience. Need images? We can curate on-brand stock photography to elevate your site.

FAQ

  • Paid in full or split into 3 payments:

    • 33% at booking to hold the spot in my calendar

    • 33% due at/by the start of the project

    • 34% on/by the last day of the project

    • Domain name. You’ll need to purchase a domain name if you don’t already own one for your business (I recommend using Squarespace ~$20).

    • Website hosting.  You will need to purchase a Squarespace hosting plan (~$18/mo).

    • Stock images. Some stock imagery is free, but not always. If you want custom imagery on your website, you’ll need to source them and purchase them separately. Let me know if you need a photographer referral for a custom shoot!

    • Fonts. you’ll need to source specific font and purchase them separately. Let me know.

    • Copywriting. Website copy is not included in all web design projects, but you can request a quote and I’ll gladly add it to your project.

  • Who writes the contents for my Website? You do or your Copywriter.

  • Once your website is complete, I will hand off the site’s ownership to you. You will be empowered to manage your own website (unlike WordPress). No need for a web admin because I will provide you with a video tutorial explaining the key areas of your website (i.e., how to write and publish a blog).

  • Yes, you can update and maintain your Squarespace website after it’s built. Squarespace provides a user-friendly interface that allows website owners to make changes, add new content, and manage their sites without coding knowledge or technical expertise.

  • A custom Squarespace web designer ensures your website is professional, user-friendly, and optimized for success.

    • Custom Design: Creates a visually appealing, branded website that stands out.

    • Seamless User Experience: Organizes content, enhances navigation, and improves engagement.
