This is where strategy meets style. I’ll design a clean, compelling layout that puts your work front and center. Every decision—from visuals to structure—is built to support your goals and speak directly to your ideal client.

03. Build & Launch

Once you approve the design, I bring it to life on Squarespace. Your site will be mobile-optimized, easy to update, and crafted to load fast and convert better. No bloated fluff—just clean code and smart design.

Launch

We’ll run through a final walkthrough, make any last tweaks, and launch your new site to the world. I’ll hand off a training video so you can manage updates with ease, plus you’ll have 2 weeks of post-launch support..

What You’ll Need for Your Squarespace Project.

Before we begin, here’s what we’ll need from you to ensure a smooth process.

  • Branding is the key to a standout website. Your colors, typography, and logo create an instant connection with your audience. Without them, your site may feel generic or disconnected. Establishing your visual identity first ensures your Squarespace website is both beautiful and true to your brand. Need branding? FAQ

  • Paid in full or split into 3 payments:

    • 33% at booking to hold the spot in my calendar

    • 33% due at/by the start of the project

    • 34% on/by the last day of the project

    • Domain name. You’ll need to purchase a domain name if you don’t already own one for your business (I recommend using Squarespace ~$20).

    • Website hosting.  You will need to purchase a Squarespace hosting plan (~$18/mo).

    • Stock images. Some stock imagery is free, but not always. If you want custom imagery on your website, you’ll need to source them and purchase them separately. Let me know if you need a photographer referral for a custom shoot!

    • Fonts. you’ll need to source specific font and purchase them separately. Let me know.

    • Copywriting. Website copy is not included in all web design projects, but you can request a quote and I’ll gladly add it to your project.

  • Who writes the contents for my Website? You do or your Copywriter.

  • Once your website is complete, I will hand off the site’s ownership to you. You will be empowered to manage your own website (unlike WordPress). No need for a web admin because I will provide you with a video tutorial explaining the key areas of your website (i.e., how to write and publish a blog).

  • Yes, you can update and maintain your Squarespace website after it’s built. Squarespace provides a user-friendly interface that allows website owners to make changes, add new content, and manage their sites without coding knowledge or technical expertise.

  • A custom Squarespace web designer ensures your website is professional, user-friendly, and optimized for success.
