Production Time: Photography prints are produced within 
7–10 business days.

All photographs are printed on museum acid free, archival 100% cotton fine art paper or canvas using archival pigment inks for longevity and
exceptional detail.

Color & Screen Variations

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed artwork due to differences in monitors, printers, and materials. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Photography prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a protective tube to ensure safe delivery.

Change Shipping Address?

Orders cannot be redirected once they have been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

Once an order is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Do You Ship to PO Boxes?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes due to liability and insurance requirements.
Please provide a full street address and a daytime contact phone number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.

International orders International orders require a shipping quote for pre-approval prior to processing and shipment.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees, as well as any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

What Is a Digital Art Download?

A digital art download is a high-resolution digital file delivered electronically after purchase.
No physical artwork will be shipped.

What File Will I Receive?

You will receive a high-resolution JPEG (or TIFF, if specified) suitable for professional printing.

Each file is prepared to ensure excellent color, clarity, and print quality.

What Sizes Are Included?

Each listing specifies the exact print size(s) included (for example: 11×14", 16×20", 24×36").

Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

How Do I Download My Artwork?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a download link via email or your purchase platform.

Files are available for immediate download. Please download and save your files promptly.

Where Should I Print My Digital Artwork?

For best results, we recommend printing with a professional fine art print lab or local print shop.

Suggested materials:

• Archival, acid-free fine art paper

• 100% cotton rag paper

• Matte or lightly textured finishes

Avoid low-quality home printing for optimal results.Can I Return or Exchange a Digital Download?

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital art downloads are final sale and non-refundable.

What Is the Usage License?

Digital art downloads are licensed for personal use only.

You may:

You may not:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the files

• Use for commercial purposes

Do Digital Downloads Come With a Certificate of Authenticity?

Digital art downloads do not include a Certificate of Authenticity and are not signed or numbered.

Certificates are provided only with original artwork and limited edition physical prints.

Will Colors Look Exactly the Same When Printed?

Who Retains Copyright?

All artwork remains copyright protected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order within 3 business days of delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within this time frame so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

• Fine art photography will be replaced when possible.

• Paintings will be refunded.

Framing Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, artworks are sold unframed. Images showing framed artwork are for presentation purposes only.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure delivery details are secure.

Changes / Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
